Farming starts with growing flowers in a can, or herbs by the back door.  If you grow or harvest enough plums or willows or broccoli for yourself         and others, You have just started moving towards something really life-changing.

Water, soil, sun, grass.  Creatures walk across it, birds fly over it, insects  pull it together with webs and pollen. All it needs is Someone to watch it, make meaning of it, even when the land is quiet, for a season or a year.

"IT'S NOT THE FARM THAT MAKES THE FARMER. IT TAKES FAITH TO PLANT IN THE SPRING, AND HARVEST IN THE FALL"
